We are Stepper Motor Specialists in the UK and do not know of any Stepper Motors generally available which are rated for a 30 Amp Phase current. More to the point you would be wasting a lot of power as Stepper Motors are very inefficient so to estimate just multiply your 30Amps by the working Voltage of your System . Even at 50 Volts you would waste around 1KW! Why can't you use ageared Servo Drive?

If you're controlling phase current by PWM at 30A peak, dissipation will be R*I^2, which however can be quite high, depending on resistance...
Is 30A an oversized spec, i.e. N-times the max driving current?

Looking for power electronics components (ICs, thyristors, power diodes, etc..) That fit the effort and flow you need and design the circuit to give you the flow you require...
