The problem is about the drive (inverter) which takes input from Siemens PLC module EM 235 CN , to the drives terminals AC & A1 .....

The drive's Stop button LED is constantly light up or lit up but the Run button LED is completely & constantly off (showing the sign that the drive is stopped) although the input command is given through hmi to the drive ..... the input 3 phase supply is there , the DC bus voltages are there.

Jog function of the drive is working fine , when i jog the drive the drive & hence the motor turns.

its a 5.5KW , 3 phase squirrel cage induction motor, FLA 11.9 Amps.

Drive is Yaskawa G7 Varispeed 5.5KW

what might be the problem & how to resolve it ?

Parameters are checked and they are right .....
not working on external input / command signal ......

How to run it locally with digital operator ? (except for jog)
