Hi dear all,

I am working at a hot strip mill (which means steel industry) for about 5 years. I am both concerned about automation and control systems and the dc and ac drive-motor applications.

As most of you may know the hot rolling process should be speedy and accurate. No matter what the environmental conditions are.

I am looking for some experience dependent comments and opinions. Innovations, new attitudes...etc.
