Guide me resolve alarm "F01910 Profibus : Setpoint Timeout" on Sinamics G150. All other simocodes on the same network (17 nodes) are healthy except the 2 Sinamics G150s. I checked all profibus connection and cable, every thing is OK.

The drives are connected with SIEMENS CPU 416-3 and has been healthy and running for about a month and stopped after i stopped the CPU 416-3. i have increased p2047 to 500 ms on the drive but still no luck.

How did you stopped the CPU? Did the profi addresses changed?

Are the drives running with an Alarm? After the alarm do you get any Fault message? for your PLC to be able to record the Alarm and Fault generated,the time for the Drive must fall within the PLC's scan time.So increasing the timeout on the drive without increasing the time on PLC will not resolve the issue. Any OLM's on the network?

Thanks gents drives are back online turned out that there was one fault VSD on the segment and isolated it. One more thing though if i configure Node number 17(profibus address) the G150s report the same error. The sinamics are using 19 and 20 assigned addresses

verify in the hardware of dcs online if it is defined properly with proper node address.if it is not healthy,there may be problem with node address.try with diffrent address
