I have been looking for a user friendly program for calculation of electrical parasitics for high power switch gear any suggestions or thoughts?

check out ecodial by schneider electric or DOC by ABB, not sure about electrical parasitics, whether they have any provision for it by you may check it out as i have been using these at job. definitely switchgear design
