I have ABB PM671 installed, with ABB flow meter (for Raw Juice flow & level control). We have added two 7-segment display (3 digit) installed. Unfortunately when we start VFD ABB ACS-800, the flow on 7-segment displays shows double reading, but flow meter and lcd displays are ok. (All devices installed with shielded cables) How can I rectify it?

unwanted signal(noises)..you mentioned you have done shield.ok then check is there ant HV power line goes near the shield wiring?
