Where i can get the short circuit rating of the bus bar at different voltage level?
Say for ex 415V-25kA, 240V-10kA. Is there any standard available for the same? Like to specify that I dont know the busbar size.

Bus bar short circuit rating is based on actual short circuit current. This results from the system impedance up to the point of installation. Standards can only give you the maximum possible at certain voltage level. However unless you calculate actual short circuit you will overrate your bus.

Amol,
Your question is ambiguous. Are you looking for information on how to calculate the maximum short current a particular bus bar configuration can withstand without mechanically failing, or how to calculate the maximum short circuit current available from the grid and equipment attached to your bus bar. The calculations are entirely different, the former is a physical problem, the latter is an electrical problem.

You can refer to ABB Switchgear manual, online version (switching to English language on this page: http://bit.ly/oitVS4)

i agree with Michael and Alan ,you should calculate the short current by system parameter ,such as impendence from system to local busbar ,local voltage .then you choose the busbar by the rated current .and then you check it with short circuit force.
